Mentoring for Photographers

Mentorships with me are beneficial whether you're just starting your photography journey and looking to learn the camera basics OR you're interested in taking your photography to the next level. My mentorship programs are open-book sessions, we will cover any of the topics you're hoping to evolve in and I promise to be your biggest cheerleader, in your corner whenever you may need.

I consider myself to be a fluid learner - meaning I am ALWAYS working to obtain more knowledge, improve my skills, and absorb information like a sponge. I've also been through the tough task of uprooting my business from state to state with each military move we've had to do. Starting from scratch each time has taught me an enormous amount of strategy, how to obtain a loyal client base and truly who I want to be as a photographer (and mentor).

A trusted source for honest feedback, one that will guide you through achieving the artistry that you are wanting to provide to your clients. I am very detailed in the feedback provided to clients, from breakdown the color wheel, establishing a cohesive editing style, how to choose the right locations, lighting, prompting clients for emotive images and so much more.

My mentorships include more than one call. This is not a one-and-done type of package. We establish what is or isn't working well, I will discuss some "homework" or pieces that I'd like you to work on following our first call so we can review what you learned/practiced on the second call. This is a talk, learn, apply and cheer you on forever type of relationship - and I am SO thankful for the opportunity to offer these sessions.
